Not too crazy about the glass railing
Can you move the walls back away from the house about 3-4m That would be about where the property line would be. Walls are actualy kind of ugly, I was thinking of maybe an iron fence with trees and bushes in front for privacy.
Can you turn the boat stairs around facing the other way, and add a small dock in front, About 1m wide x about 4-5m long, parallel with the wall.
