    Well I suppose if you are building a big wall then it would be worth your while buying the tools for them to use and that, lets see, now you would need a cut off wheel for cutting the rebar, reasonable one costs 6k baht, circular saw for cutting the wood for the form work, 3k baht, concrete drill about 6k baht, plus all the cheap stuff like trowels, plumb lines etc etc, also you would then have to order all the materials and at times have to transport them your self.

    From looking at pics 2 & 3 I'm guessing that the foundations were a little undersized for a 2m wall.

    Yeah...my father in law has all that junk already.

    My whole property was a collection of shortcuts and low quality finishing by the local Thai builder. I was just glad to see the back of him.

    He has since defended his construction by saying it was only guaranteed for 2 years. I just laugh.
