I can recomend some builders in the area of Hand dong not rip off prices for a good job all types of work done i got them from my friend and only a little teething problem in the bigining after that fine. Nothing in it for me just a helping hand to a fellow farang so to speak.if you need any info just ask.

Hi Dr andy, Any questions you have i will find out for you, i do know they do not do electrics, but i know a good one and very reasonable in the Sansai area he fixed my microwave it was completely dead for 400bhts good when you think i have had it for 6 or so years. A good make but i thought i would have to buy a new one. OK Cheers

These guys are well worth it they are honest and do what they say they will and when. We have allready worked out the price for the labour so we get the materials delivered all i do is sign and pay at the end of the week. The only problem we have had is understanding when they want some of the stuff, but thats our probs no understand Thai. It is good to be able to employ people who are happy to work for a good wage but not OTT. Cheers

Obviously. If Bangkok people can just refer to places as "Soi 11" without specifying the road, then we can specify district sans province. :P

Well it is all finished, Window taken out and made into a patio door, and kitchen door taken out and new window put in cost 3,000bts All the old kitchen knocked out and new plumbing done and 40 sq mtrs of tiles a hell of a lot of work 15,000bts. One door taken off from upstairs and put on downstairs,three new doors put on upstairs cost 1,000bts. And the place swept and cleaned inside and out. Well pleased. Cheers

Will do ST as soon as i can as we are now finishing the kitchen i will post when the Electrician has done by the middle of next week i will do before and after so you will see the difference !! Cheers
