I made contact with a nice young man that I read about here on TD.

We spoke in person yesterday and he will make a design proposal to us within 2 weeks. If we like his work and ideas then we will commence with a contract for a set of plans.

I will keep the idea you posted in case this man cannot deliver what we need. But already on the first sitting with him I feel good about what he can do.
