    ^ I know....It was the combination of your wife and a Thai worker that worries me....I still remember last time I left my wife in charge of some construction......But maybe you're more lucky

    Waahay! Problem solved, done and dusted, without having to knock holes.

    Turns out it was the seal on the bath and water getting through it. Thanks to all for the advice/hints/tips and Cali Kid in particular for recommending the plumber (who according to my wife was apparently very good).

    Yeah appears that way, no visible problems this morning after my shower.

    Can throughly recommend this chap for any damp-spot problems you might be having
