    There is a company which builds prefabricated teak houses in their factory , then erect them anywhere in Thailand. They have quite a range of plans. A friend tells me that they are very reasonably priced.

    Yes, now i see, no under roof insulation, this is a big mistake. The bungalow which i rent on Samui, they did not insulate apparently builder told the "no need, you have tiles" and it gets bloody hot. When they decided to build another i told them to insulate which they did and there is 100% difference.

    Living next to the sea you will have a lovely breeze all the time, also April here is not much different from the rest of the year.
    I live on the beach half way between sichon and tasala, and wouldn't change it for anything

    Nice job, place is looking very nice. whats up next for the place or land? Houses are never really ever finished, are they?

    Mine has changed dramatically since it was said to have been "Done" last August and there is still more going on .
