all the water,(hot and cold) and electrics come from the pump room on the left, so a channel is made above the main entrance and all ducting is placed in the channel which is later sealed. that way water can reach the main building and the separate bedroom.

Thanks for the measurements. Looks great so far. Hope you have a back gate for the digger for the pool LOL. just read the text. laughs on me :-) Could not live in Thailand without a pool. Like the idea of it being central theme.

I am missing some waterstops around the piping of your pool?
With no waterstop around the pipes they will probably let water through.

when concrete poured in already you might have a problem.

when you google for piping pvc waterrstopand look for pics there are a lot pics.

thai poolbuilders/shops make them themself they glue a round or square pvc sheet around the pipes.

    your home looks amazing well.

I like the idea of the feature wall at the entrance, but I am not so keen on the grey walls of the dwelling units. Each to his/her own, as they say. Project is looking good though.

I rather like how the first sight on coming through the entryway is the pool.

Just be careful when you're staggering home late after an evening of bell ringing down Soi Bintabat...

Hi Sjeng, yes I know what water stops look like, its just that I havn't seen them installed in pools in Thailand.
I guess it could be any of the below reasons:
    1.maybe I miss the installation.
2.maybe tiled pools differ from rendered or pebblecrete, etc pools.
3.maybe they are included in the fittings that are installed.
    4.maybe they don't give a toss.

4 sounds good, but they all give a 10 year guarantee(for what its worth) so I guess they don't have problems with it. But thanks for bringing it up, I will definitely mention it in the future.

doors and windows are being installed, we originally wanted a metallic grey but the factory couldn't produce them for some reason, so we went for the black.
    they are upvc.

they still have the plastic protection film on them.
