Not sure what version of Android you are using, but as an example, mine has a step I don't see as necessary when it asks me if I want to save the contact on the device or the gmail account.
WP7 I just click the save button and it goes to both.
This is just one example.
Although WP7 is nowhere near Android's level for apps, for simple telephony and contact management the interface is much cleaner and simpler.
My opinion of course, but based on having two Android devices and one WP7 - it's the WP7 that gets everyday use as a phone for this reason.

2.1 Eclair on a Samsung.
I just tested it to make sure I wasn't imagining it.
It updated on my PC automagically a few minutes later.
Well I'm talking 2.2, but I went and checked it on WP7; instead of adding a step, it just has an option on the save screen to choose the destination if you want to add it to one of your other accounts (Gmail included) instead of Windows Live.
It's hard to explain the difference really, you have to try it. I only got this phone for work, but it's just so bloody easy to use (and lightning fast compared to 2.1). They've designed it to be more contact-centric than Android or iPhone, which are really about the apps.
I still won't do without Android on my travels, but for a work/home phone the WP7 is hard to beat. Oh, and it integrates FB contacts as well.
What's your new Windows phone's name Harry ?
^ haha. I've just come back from Tesco lotus, after the Missus advised me they were doing BOGOF on Nokia N8 15,000 baht. Only to find the one you get free is the Nokia 1110. sigh. I left her there
I'd have thought these Nokias on Symbian would be dropping in price by now with Nokia using Meego and Windows now
I wouldn't bother with Meego - it's dead in the water. The Windows phones aren't out until probably 4Q when Mango gets released.
This claims to be an N9 lookalike running Gingerbread, but I don't know if it's a hack or something Nokia are thinking about (which considering M$ are supposed to have given them $1 Billion to take on Wp7 might not be a good idea!).

Is that a Chinese Nokia replica ? I remember they copied loads of Nokias before, was it the N95 ?
