Having trouble with Peerblock updates & other sites.

I'm having trouble downloading Peerblock updates as well as accessing other sites. This has been happening for the past 2 weeks or so.

Is anybody else experiencing the same problem?

My internet connection seems to have small 'fits' of activity followed by large 'fits' of inactivity. The cycle can be anywhere from 2 minutes to about 15 minutes for either.

I know that the 3 Stooges run the internet in Thailand & that the idiot mob called the MICT waste shitloads of money trying to maintain the 'morals' of society when morals in Thailand don't exist.

Is this my imagination or are the 'authorities' watching more closely?
    Idiots! I'm surrounded by idiots!

No. Peerblock is used to block (& allow) specific ranges of IP's.
For example, I happily block 'Thailand' as a prospective intrusive listing. From recent observations, the Thai authorities were closely monitoring Google but they no longer do this. They have always monitored Youtube & do so as we speak.

My 'blocking' of the Thai government (they are not a government...they are an elitist rabble) has no bearing on general downloads as I have expiremented with this & there is no difference between the download, whether blocking is in force or not.

I am beginning to think that the people who control the Thai internet, that we pay for, do not actually control it. What they do is senselessly pound on keyboards (probably playing Thai chess, which is about as challenging as playing normal chess x 0.1), which results in nothing or a 'slow down'.

On the other hand, I wish the MICT would simply 'go away' & stop minding everybody's business. Their existence proves that Thailand is full of 'children'.

Just be grateful the cunts aren't smart enough to use proper blocking tools.

If the cunts were smart enough to use proper blocking tools, it would certainly give Wikileaks more power!

Overselling bandwidth & total incompetence combined with greedy p2p users (who don't seem to understand about 'upload' bandwidth) is a recipe for what is happening now in Thailand.
