Think you will find Frank is a fukwit, there hasn't been a page made for that section yet, thats why it redirects to the main page but with the # on the end which generally means they haven't got round to doing the page yet and it doesn't exist, thats why it tells you it doesn't exist, nothing to do with blocking as there is no reason to block something that aint there.

Infact most of their url links have an error, it's the intranet. at the beginning, take that out the links work ok, well apart from the ones that pages haven't been done for yet.
