Working fine for me in the UK.

They have a cluster of proxy servers. It looks like they forgot to renew the license on one of them. That message has been popping up on different sites for a number of days now.

Funny, they just sent a letter into the post bag saying they were up to the challenge when it comes to being an internet provider.

Definition of "challenge" for True. Tell the customer what they want to hear but avoid any action related to customer service or complaints.
