I suggest anyone using firefox get and use flashblock.

auto playing flash is not just a security risk , it is a bandwidth and cpu hog - only play the flash you want and not all the flash on a page.

In Firefox I install Adblock as well. Web pages look much better without all the annyoing useless advertising.
