I am unable to access the webmail from my website which is registered by Browser Update Page, a company owned by a man who thinks he's Hugh Hefner who has what has to be the most complicated home page of any website I've ever seen.
I have been recently bombarded with reminders to renew my membership/ownership but I am unable to access my webmail despite changing the password, not that I had ever forgotten it - and there's no way I would forget the address.
In the past I had tried but failed to re-direct any incoming business mails to my Hotmail because it was rare for me to get any business email and so it wasn't often that I went through the hoo-har of checking my webmail inbox.
I can only log into the godaddy site as a customer using a customer number and the password which I have reset. I can not get into the site using my website name and I can not get into my emails using my webmail name.
It seems my password was never wrong but that the site has just decided to refuse the use of the very name I registered which should still be active until next month.
Trying to contact them is like looking for a needle in a haystack with a myriad of troubleshooting options and auto replies.
Does anybody on this forum have any advice on what to do next? ...Thus far I have had one auto reply telling me how to reset my password and one no reply whatsoever.
