I did on FF1, but when I installed FF2 it told me the session manager was no longer needed, so I removed it.

FF3 keeps crashing. A script somewhere is causing it to hang. I'm assuming the conflict is with one of the add-ons, so I'm going through the tedious process of disabling them one by one to see if I can find the culprit. I see an update has been released, so will d/l and try that if I can't solve the problem elsewhere.

FF3 crashes a bit on Mac as well. Ive got a password manager called 1password that integrates with any browser I use, it looks like theres a few issues with FF3. It does seem to crash for no reason sometimes like when clicking bookmarks or something similar.
Im using the 3.0.1 crashed 3 times today so far.

I had that option in FF2, but its gone in FF3.

    Is FireUploader the same ??
Fireuploader works/looks like an FTP program, OK if you're a Flickr user etc.

This works with FF3 for imageshack. I forgot I had an account and did a bit of searching, won't have to use Auctiva's godawful clickfest of a site for forum pics now.

Search for "Imagebot" on the add ons site. Right click image uploading for imageshack

Found the problem! The skin I was using on ff2 to minimise the icons in the toolbar isn't compatible with ff3. I forgot I was using it, so didn't disable it when I upgraded. Seems to be running smoothly now that I've disabled the pesky thing.

I confirm it works with FF2 without any add-on. On Mandriva I had some crash opening Flash movies on Youtube (a known bug with the flashplayer-plugin), at restart I'm asked if I want to restore or start a new session.

When I upgraded all the incompatible plugins/themes were disabled automatically.

That's what mine did but I think it only applies to the Mozilla approved items
