I was commenting on Chitown's post about it being to stop the poor accessing certain websites. I can even get most of my favourite porn sites now which used to be blocked.

I am on TOT in Bangkok and just followed a link to a video on YouTube and it actually showed! I hope it is back for good..I am at home but will try again in the office tomorrow where I also have a TOT line.
