    Outlook

    Posted 23 hours ago

    Hi.
Recently I tried sending emails using my outlook mail.
I have been getting messages, “your storage is full”.
You cannot send new mail or receive mails using Outlook”.
    You must free-up your storage.”
I have been deleting files, attachments, messages, looking on Youtube
getting advice how to reduce my storage, but I still get the same message.
There is a red Dot next to my files indicating this file is to large.
Outlook is telling me to buy more storage. But I would rather use
    outlook to clean-up storage.
Can someone please help me. Now I am using gmail to send messages.
I am not receiving new emails from Outlook.
I am staying in Central Pattaya.

    Thanks
    Tom

Microsoft one drive has a limit. Pay for more storage or delete your old emails and attachments.

    Welcome Tom

    FYI

Top Free Email Services by Storage Capacity (2026):

    • Yahoo Mail (1 TB): Offers the largest, most significant free storage capacity for emails and attachments.
    • GMX Mail / Mail.com (65 GB): Provide a very high amount of free storage, along with support for large file attachments up to 50 MB.
    • Tuta Mail / Proton Mail (Varies): Offer secure, encrypted, and ad-free email, with smaller, varying free storage amounts designed for privacy.
    • Gmail / Outlook (15 GB): Standard, reliable, free storage shared across their respective cloud and document platform

And don't forget that after deleting emails, you should empty your email trash bin as well as messages in the trash bin will likely still count as part of your storage quota.

Maybe you're only deleting offline, not online.

Login at outlook.live.com and delete there and, as Neverna says, don't forget to delete your trash.

If there are oft repeated emails from the same address that you know are no longer required, search for them and bulk delete them.
The next post may be brought to you by my little bitch Spamdreth
