I've Win 10 on laptop that's (thankfully) hardly ever used. What a crock. Win 7 Ultimate on the 3 main PC's.

I'd look at formatting it and trying to replace it with another OS if possible.

Unless it's easy to get it sorted and Win 10 runs well for what ye need.
