I've just read the review on it Jim.

Lucky you did not pay for it as it gets a bit of a slagging off.

Hans tried twice, can't get it to do anything.
Dragonfly, camera works fine, can record and playback, can play the vid on the TV, just can not download it into the computer.
Downloaded loads of video catchers and other things, but the computer just doesn't recognize the camera, it see it, but that's all.
Thanks again, but except for one very conplex one, where a guy says you can trick the camera into believing it uploading to the web, to indepth for me. Jim

    Last chance saloon:

Download Free VideoCam Suite, VideoCam Suite 1.0 Download

I think that's as old as your camera.

Like cnet and softonic, say they have the download, but they just run you round their site trying to sell software.
Some other sites say similar, but my malware secuirity goes crazy.
Don't know if suite 1 is even usable, says different camera types.
Either get a DVD burner, or a new camera, wife's I phone 5 can probably do just as good for most things. Jim

Sounds like the built-in storage is toast. There should be some way to reformat it. Does this camcorder not have a little red button somewhere to reset it to factory settings?
