Can I increase space on C Drive?

When I bought my PC the computer guy allocated 100GB on C drive and 900 on D.

Is there anyway I can split the difference. C drive is getting full quick and I think it is responsible for slowing one of my programs down (Power Director 13)

    Thanks

Cutting and pasting to D drive wont free enough as in the previous thread.

I know I can shrink in disc manage, but do I require a partition tool to say divide them equally?

^ He said his 'puter is now stuffed and he has to take it to the doctors. He told us that in the thread that you posted the link for. He texted it from his phone.

If I freed C drive to 90 percent it would still slow power director 13. What I've done is installed PD13 on a new partitioned drive by halving my D drive. For the moment it is working great!
