What is the best SIM for net access when on my holidays?

Last year it was a right fuck on I had I-mobile, a True one and something else. I mobile was best in BKK, but sod all use elsewhere, everything else was just shite.

The year before it had been dead easy and just bought a sim card that had lots of data on it.
