    Is anyone able to offer some advice

    Went to the UK earlier in the year and whilst there purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note II. I've been using it for phone calls with a TrueMoveH micro sim with no trouble whatsoever.

    Last week I went online and purchased an I-smart package from True but can;t seem to make it work. Have tried to find the correct APN settings for TrueMoveH but to no avail (there seem to be various permutations posted in websites by people).

    Just wondering if anyone on here has a non-Thai purchased Galaxy Note II which they have working for mobile data through TrueMove H and if so any steps they took to get it working. Do you have the APN settings ?

    make sure that in the settings menu for mobile networks you have selected true move H as default. if that doesn't work try their customer service number. They speak good English and can sort most problems out over the phone. Failing that go into a true shop and tell them 'mai me internet with a smile and hand over your device
    Treat everyone as a complete and utter idiot and you can only ever be pleasantly surprised !

    it should be like all samsung smart phones or tablets;
    go to settings, wireless and network, mobile networks, make sure you select auto network mode, then enable packet data.

    If that does work you probably need to register the package you purchased, got to one of the True shops beneath every Big C and they will know how to register the package.
