Crap quality tech - any experiences?

My Epson printer is screwed. I need to get it to a center that can fix the printing head needle I guess. Today's printers just suck. They eat up your cash in ink if you don't convert them when you buy them and still they break down after a year or two. The same thing happened to a canon printer I had. I've given up on printers. I'll send the kids out to print things for school. Screw Epson and Canon- they both suck!

At the time I got my printer back from the shop that couldn't fix it I picked up some Princo DVD-Rs. I tried to record on them and for some reason they didn't record. Looking at them they don't look normal. They seem to have grooves in them. It makes me wonder if they too are crap defective DVDS. How can I check? I'll go back to the darn shop and see if they can tell me.

I have thumb drive which works with my computer but not in my car. Not sure what is up with this. I go through DVD players for the TV every couple years. Just lots of bad luck here and there.

All this is frustrating. I've had some good times with technology but sometimes all I have is bad luck with things.

I wonder if you've found products to be defect often in Thailand. What exactly were the products?

Ive had my trusty canon printer for nearly 6 years and it still works a treat. don't tank them and not only will they last but the warranty will not be voided.

And lol @ cd's/dvd's, who uses them these days not to mention cd players !!

it could be the file types or even the sample rates of your mp3's - need to read the manual

it could also be the file system type that the flash memory was formatted with.

a bit of googling of your car stereo should point you in the correct direction.

    cd/dvds are hit and miss

google before you buy with your printers
If you torture data for enough time , you can get it to say what you want.

Printers have become so cheap because they make their money on the fuckin expensive ink.
