Yes. Took me 2 tries, but there it is.

Phayul.com has been experiencing Distributed Denial-Of-Service (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denial-of-service_attack) for the past few days because of which our website has been slow at times and even crashed on few occasions. We have been doing everything in our power to mitigate the attack.

Mid: I just got in. They have a banner (See gusG post above) stating they have had problems over the past few days, and are still fixing them. But, I was able to access it just now.

I was expecting a DOS attack to be the cause and point the finger squarely at the Chinese .

and as of the date / time of this post they are still down

which of course means no news re Tibet .

I just got in without problem; still has the same disclaimer posted, but site worked fine.

yep , I've managed to access the site now and updated the news ,

sadly yet another self immolation .
