For those asking about cost of installing aircons I checked with my aircon man and he said he could do it for about 500 baht ... you could probably find someone cheaper but he's reliable.

Here's a pic of the oven/stove for those that asked via PM ... an f'n beauty for 10k ... runs on gas so can get very hot if needed. The black lid thing closes down when not using stove.

    Lounge

Some rough pictures of the lounge. Never liked the colour of the cushions much but all the Thais that visit love it ... result of letting Mrs. Kerr loose to buy furniture herself (never again).

I reckon if you knew someone that could reupholster this it could look very nice. Nontheless it is very f'n comfortable ... I'm 194 cm and can sleep on the big one comfortably if need be. We have two of the small ones with matching cushions for ya feet etc. Absolute bargain at 10k baht. Can probably arrange to have it sent anywhere in Bangkok.

I will call you direct and can pick it up on Monday.

In the meantime can you check the length of the main lounge as I may have to make 2 trips.

I would be interested in the desk and shelving unit if it hasn't gone already.

Johnny Longprong and I are ahead of you for the desk and bookcase.

For once the prices seem very fair - I usually suggest 40% for used electrical appliances. I would guess most items have sold as a consequence.

I think it's first person to turn up and hand the cash over to be honest.

What you think is irrelevant since you're not the seller..

Ah the stalker returns. Silly little man.
