one from the past; my old 'local' the White Hart Hotel, closes tonight for the last time

video recorded there in 1988. Those really were the days

Time will be called at New Plymouth's historic White Hart Hotel for the last time on June 11.
The historic landmark is set to undergo a multi-million dollar make-over, marking the end of the city's most infamous public bar. During its 125-year history there've been robberies, the hotel was used as a hospital for the British redcoats as well as being the home to gangs, bands, punks and everyone in-between.
"Although the place has a shocking name around town as being full of sex, drugs and rock and roll, once they came in and saw what it was like, it was nowhere near as bad as they envisaged it would be," Mr Wilson said.

Hey Bobo... music is fine but why need Godzilla-like toys added to the clip??? This creative imagination is mostly appreciated & ideally suited for youngsters in their early teens... my opinion of course.

There ya go matey... hahaaa... I'm peddling my best with the artists & genre I feel at peace and flinging me back to the times that is still considered, sanity and coherent music mate....

We had Neil over in Holland... I was whacked stoned back then as from Crosby Stills, Nash & Young... theirs are still ringing in my head.

I'm not into music that is targeted for the youths as we are heading in our 50s & 60s by getting all prancy with awkward genres suitable for the ages around 12 to 20 for example.

There's still more than enough great Rock ballads to be buried with as oppose to the junk music and with Rap included to spoil my day anytime if I hear one... Gimme shelter mate.... gimme shelter>>>>

But I like GFR's version better
