This is kind of why I've held back watching them. After the first 2 series I felt that it had run its course. I hate it when the plots become too far fetched or there are silly arcs just to keep the cash cow alive (24 being a prime example). In the same vein, I feel that Breaking Bad, Weeds, and The Office should be put to bed.

this is exactly the same feeling I had, wasn't too impressed with Season 3 but it was still ok to watch. Season 4 was getting boring and unrealistic.

yep, couldn't agree more. You can add to that list "Prison Break" which completely jumped the Shark after Season 3

    Hell and Back Again (2011).

Documentary that jumps between an Afghanistan deployment and troops back home.

it shows there are some naive young men at war, and Afghanis caught between the Taliban devil and the American deep blue sea.

    Painful to watch in places.

For those of you that are in to Kitchen Nightmares, I forgot that it started back up a few weeks back.
No need to download. It's on Youtube.
There are 4 epidodes left (the last one airs on the 3rd of this month).
Here is the list of the last 4 in order...

    Michon's.
    El Greco.
Revisited #7 (where he goes around checking out restaurants he previously tried to "save").
Park's Edge (not due out until the 3rd).

Here is the vid/link to Michon's, then you can go on from there...

    Black diamonds? I shit 'em.

^^I think The Walking Dead is back in a similar fashion in Feb too.

Wasn't up to much pre-break but I'll keep watching it.

Anyone seen Suits? It's pretty good. Fairly slick lawyer series. Bit clichéd but very watchable.

Got a daft score on imdb - it aint that good.

The septic version is too fucking soppy and sentimental shit about broken families.

*None* of the restaurants ever fail and *always* have successful relaunches.

(Of course they may fail a few weeks later after Ramsay has fucked off)

the US version is also edited by idiots for idiots, less than 15 minutes of TV and over 15 minutes of repeating what was said 1 minute before for the tossers who cannot retain the info

I think I'll go Season 3 of The Wire, Season 4 of Friday Night Lights and season 2 of The shield in that order.

That should take me up to the start of the 6 Nations on Saturday evening.

I downloaded it from The Pirate Bay if I remember correctly.

I generally use TPB first, Kick ass second and btjunkie third.

    Trans Tasman for the rugby.

I watched it last night, it was OK, I'd give it at least a 6.5 out of 10
