Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia - Seasons 1 - 4 (gReEnBoY420)
Worth a look. There's 7 series in total, getting a bit weaker after 5 in my opinion.
I'll d/l the film of Friday Night Lights first.
Cheers
^
thanks for that...
you'l enjoy FTL...guaranteed or your badwidth back
No worries, I'll watch the film tonight and report back.
Series 1 was 'OK', but after that it stopped being funny.Originally Posted by alwarner
I think it's excellent. If anything it gets better when Danny Devito joins in series 2.
Are there any looting scenes and gang violence and stuff? I don't want a constant barrage of it but a good beating or murder per episode would be nice.Originally Posted by dolorous ed

WARNING!!! To anybody who has just started watching Strike Back!
Excellent show and I was really enjoying it. I had downloaded it from EZTV and last night I was about to watch episode 6 season 1. When I put it on it suddenly had different theme music and new characters and a different story line.
I gave Chico The Fox a quick call and he confirmed that the same thing happened to him. The torrent that you get is actually season 2.
He warned me not to watch it but I'd had a long day and my internet was down so I had nothing else to watch and I ended up watching the last 4 episodes of season 2.
It really does fuck up the whole series because it gives away the whole plot for both seasons.
Don't watch!!!
Go to pirate bay and get the correct episodes.![]()
Today I'm downloading Friday Night Lights the TV series....btw the way, the book that inspired the film about a season at Permian HS in HS football mad Texas is brilliant, as good a sports book as you can ever read.
Just finished downloading IASIP although will be a while till I watch.
I see that THIS IS ENGLAND the movie has also been made into two TV series TIE 86 (4 episodes) TIE 88 (3 episodes) again I am downloading that now.
Series 3 4 and 5 of Kojak is coming along well all over 50% now, Kojak is my favourite US Cop show ever. A little dated but classic, Savalas is superb. My uncle who was an NYPD captain swore that only Kojak felt real until Hill Street Blues came along. I've downloaded HSB Season 1 as well.
I'm also downloading episodes of Sword: Life On the Line and Coal, and my son requested Pawn Stars S1 which finished this morning.
I have also just completed the Complete Collection of Americas Team, the story of each Super Bowl winning team and 5 that failed....(51 shows....superb)
My mate has lent me every Only Fools And Horses so my laptop at work is busy ripping those as I work on my desktop.
Strike Back sounds like the next thing to download, on the watching front, this week is Sons Of anarchy Season 4.
I love life.........
in addition I have changed by software from bit Comet to uTorrent on the advise of my son and boy was he right.... on my machine it is far far superior!
You saving The Wire for a rainy day?
Started on Treme and am throughly enjoying it.
I decided to watch S4 of SoA before I start S2 of the wire.
I've also downloaded S1 of the Shield.
I suspect there are some things I will never see.....on my HD at the moment are such things as
Rescue 7 (7 seasons), Arrested Development (3 Seasons) Homeland, Trauma, Going Tribal (3 seasons), IASIP (4 seasons), Hidden, Game Of Thrones, Scribs, Deadliest Catch (5 Seasons so far), The Deadliest Roads, The Pyramid Code, The Killing, The Walking Dead (2 seasons) - all downloaded on suggestion here that I have no immediate plans to watch.
Along with that I watch occassional episodes of Kung Fu, The Rockford Files and Alias Smith and Jones that I've downloaded and just love.....
amazed I have so much time to be in the pub as well....
Anyone who interrupts watching The Wire for something else is clearly insane.![]()
I was toying with that. Watched a few trailers on youtube and it just doesn't look gritty enough..Originally Posted by Bobcock
2 TB of HD Space..... if anyone wants anything I carry these HD's with me most of the time during the working week, can always give the Pintsman a test drive and pass on a few files.... Most of these are complete all series....

Possibly, but I had the kids around and I can watch SoA under those conditions, The Wire demands silence!Originally Posted by The Muffinman
^ Great list up there, Bob..
great show, until Season 3, then it becomes quite dark and then the ending is very depressingOriginally Posted by Bobcock
awesome one you need to put on a priority list,Originally Posted by Bobcock
that one was very entertaining, easy to watchOriginally Posted by Bobcock
the others you have on that list are low priority IMO,
