An investigation has been launched by one of the countries oldest schools into reports that students who were on a school trip to Asia were allowed to witness a sex show whist out for the night in Bangkok’s notorious red-light district. A member of staff at Bingley Grammar School said that the revelations were causing quite a stir. The students had travelled to Thailand and Laos as part of a cultural trip to get to know different cultures, trek through the countryside and help out with less privileged communities and schools. However, the seedier side of the trip became apparent when one of the students posted photographs of the Bangkok experience onto her Facebook page.
The snaps apparently show the students who were aged between sixteen and eighteen sitting at a Bangkok bar table which is littered with empty beer bottles. Two of the teachers can also be seen in the pictures. The teachers, a man and a woman claim that there was no drinking or smoking going on. However the students are telling slightly different stories.
Later that evening a number of students decided to explore that Patpong area of the capital. They went into a bar where they said they started to watch people having sex on stage. The two teachers claim they were not aware that this was going to happen and that they left as soon as they realized their mistake. However, once again the children are telling a different story.
The schools head teacher has said that he will be conducting a full investigation into exactly what went on and will then take the necessary action.

London: A school in Britain has suspended two teachers after it emerged that some pupils watched a live sex show, while on a Far East cultural trip to Thailand.

The students of Bingley Grammar, West York had apparently visited Patpong red-light district in Bangkok.
The parents learnt about the visit only after one girl posted pics from the trip on her Facebook web page.
A particular snap shows the students aged 16 to 18, and the two teachers sitting around a table littered with beer bottles outside a Bangkok bar.
Now, it has also come to knowledge that later the pupils headed to the city's red light area, whose streets are lined with bars offering sex shows.
Seemingly, the development has created a buzz in the school.
"It is the talk of the school. The teachers, a man and a woman, are fighting for their careers over this because the youngsters were supposed to be in their care," News of the World quoted a source as saying.
The insider added: "They are claiming that the kids did not drink or smoke although that's not what the pupils are saying. But the worst part is that some of them went to the live sex show.
"The kids said it was disgusting, with couples there on stage having sex in a grotty bar. The teachers are claiming it was a mistake and as soon as the action started they left. But that is at odds with what the kids are saying.
"I mean, the Patpong area is not the kind of place where you go by mistake. It's completely in your face and wall-to-wall sex."
Meanwhile, head teacher Chris Taylor revealed that the school, with the assistance of Bradford Council, has initiated an inquiry.
He said: "A potential concern has been raised about activities during the trip. We are treating this with extreme seriousness.
"We will take appropriate action at the investigation's conclusion. It is inappropriate to comment further."

As this was a trip for these students to learn about a new culture, I think that they did indeed have a good trip. These kids were 16 to 18 years old. They have most likely seen and done more back home. This will be a trip that they will remember, with fond memories to the grave.

Completely true

As I was growing up, just about everyone in bkk knew "what Patpong is all about".
I have never been there myself all these years, not allowed to, but we drove through there once or twice during the day many moons ago.
Judging by all the pics farangs have been putting up on the internet, it's enough to know it all for me

Really? Before settling down in Pattaya I spent just one day in BKK and Patpong is all I happened to visit

There will be a group of snotty parents and malicious kids who will try to create as much trouble as possible for the two teachers. I feel for these teachers, who will undoubtably have to face a kangaroo court. These parents don't realize or don't want to admit the behaviours of their slutty little daughters, who are having webcam sex with whomever and whenever they please.

If my kids were on this trip, I would have appreciated them seeing what this world is really about.

I guess only "some" of these teens were going to the sex show (although I've never heard about this... I doubt there's live sex on stages, I mean, really?, who'd pay to see it?). Now let's see... teenage boys age 16 - 18, where else would they go?

In my country 16 is legal drinking age so that table "littered with bottles" would actually be perfectly within the law.
