Two suspected drunk drivers fall asleep at the wheel.
In the early hours of Thursday Morning, members of the public alerted local authorities to two vehicles parked dangerously in the middle of the Sukumvit Road in
Sattahip.
Both drivers appeared to have fallen asleep.
Journalists arrived and found the two vehicles which had stopped.
The driver of one of the vehicles was fast asleep and when we woke him up he claimed he was a Soldier travelling from Chayapoon Province.
The driver of the other vehicle woke up and drove off before the authorities arrived as did the driver of the lead vehicle who was clearly in a drunken state.
This story serves as a warning to all motorists who use their vehicles late at night here in
Pattaya.
Always be aware and expect the unexpected.
