You are so wrong TBF, it would be Swedish Judges all the way up to the Swedish highest court that would have to decide on an extradition, and Swedish supreme-court judges are completely independent of political pressure or manipulation, it just could not happen, the scruteny of their deliberations would be done worldwide and any stink would be nosed out. There is probably no Nation that would do things like this more by the book than the Swedes.

And if you think "bully boy US" can get what he wants, why on earth have they not just demanded Assange from the Brits already, their closest ally and most US brown-nosing Nation of the Western alliances, the Swedes are much harder any day of the week for the US to bully.

The US extradition myth is a fantasy for now, played by Assange and his team, it has no merit so far, and Assange certainly do not rank anyway near Osama-BL and in no way merits such drastic action, Assange is doing a fine job of destroying wikileaks and character assassinating himself into obscurity, and all the US have to do is sit back and enjoy his decline into a nobody parahia that nobody wants to be associated with, he will probably even be to nasty for the Russian intelligence service propaganda channel RT in the end..

They might just be biding their time. He's very high profile. You are right in what you say though, us Brits would sell him down the river at the drop of the hat. Look at Gary McKinnon (sp) the UFO nut with Aspergers who hacked NASA or those bankers a couple of years (5 years?) who were handed over.

If they want him they'll get him, I'm sure it's been discussed with the British government. Maybe nobody wants the bad press?

And the previous case was thrown out by the Swedish courts. And there has been no fresh evidenced. It was re-opened only after the wikileaks broke. Big coincidence, isn't it?

Are these the same judges that previously dismissed the case? There is no new evidence, Davidchr as I tyhink you well know. All that has happened is that there have been exposures from wikileaks. That should not but obviously has influenced the judges. Try to be less biased and look atv the evidence afresh and listen to the legal argument put up by Petino

^^ Well Mate I'm about as biased as the British supreme-court, the time-line and events in the Swedish justice system is all lined up in the British court papers - and agreed to by Assanges lawyers btw. :mid:

Parts of the case was initially dismissed by a Swedish prosecutor, but was taken up by another procecutor again as cases on a regular basis does if new info emerges or mistakes has been made, first after Assange fled was Swedish Judges involved in demanding his arrest, no Swedish judges has formally previously dismissed the case after court proceedings. that story is a misrepresentation of all the facts on "biased" Assange fan sites, and does not correlate with the facts and time-line of events agreed upon by both Assanges lawyers and the British supreme court.

The instances Assange has pulled out his dick and any fantasized connection with wikileaks revelations will have to rest firmly on you and the other folks who buy into all Assanges narcissistic self-promotion and false victimization.

1. He has not been charged
2. The judges threw out the case originally. There is no fresh evidence
