MrsQ: 'Direct Flight' means that there's no change of planes although the flight might have a scheduled flight on the way...

e.g. Chiang Mai - Tokyo is shown as a direct flight although it stops in Bangkok on the way...

Airline parlance uses 'non-stop' flight for a flight with no stops and passengers are often confused...
