    It contributes over 100 times more than Thailand amd most developing nations where WHO programs most needed.

    Not sure how this will play out next time ther eis a global epidemic be it Ebola , Avian Flu a new Covi type pandemic. Together with leaving Paris Climate accord it is becomng an isolationist "rogue state".
