Russia's top three debtors are Belarus, Ukraine, and Venezuela

Of all the world’s countries, Belarus is the most heavily indebted to Russia. That’s not a philosophical statement — a new report by the website RBC states that Belarus owed almost $7.6 billion to Russia as of June 1, 2019. Second place goes to Ukraine ($3.7 billion), followed by Venezuela ($3.5 billion). RBC also found another 17 countries that owe Russia a combined $27 billion. The list includes Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Cuba, Bangladesh, Cyprus, India, Yemen, Iraq, Serbia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Hungary.

RBC used open-source data to carry out this study. The Russian government typically doesn’t release information about its loans to other states because they are often made for political reasons or offered as part of military and technical cooperations.

Only $3.7 billion? That's not so much in comparison what ex-prezident Poroshenko stole from Ukraine ($8 billion), as claimed by
American billionaire of Ukrainian descent, economic adviser to the former mayor of New York, Rudolph Giuliani, and more recently, "enemy Poroshenko No. 1" Sam Kislin - again in Ukraine .

Last year, he was barred from entering the country for five years by order of the SBU. The official reason is the "need to protect economic interests", the unofficial reason is the oral "request" of the then president Petro Poroshenko, who was afraid of a money showdown with an influential American. He at one time invested in government bonds of Ukraine in the amount of tens of millions of dollars, while he demanded a bribe of $ 3 million from him. After that, Kislin recorded a scandalous video message in which he accused Poroshenko of the genocide of the Ukrainian people.

However, Kislin did not have to wait five years to get to Ukraine. A year later, he is here again, and, as he told The Country, he is ready to testify against Poroshenko.
Sam Kislin: "In the United States, several cases have been brought against Poroshenko, including theft of a billion IMF loan"

That's nothing to what the Chinkies have lent out in their "debt diplomacy".
