'Prince' Harry's mother was Lady Diana Spencer, and his biological father that horsey cad that used to give her riding lessons, in more ways than one. So hardly Royal- although he is treated as a member of the royal family, and rather liked by the public. He's far enough from the throne not to pose any threat to the Royal lineage (whatever that means, outside of inbreeding), so he is viewed as no threat at all. But I doubt he would ever become King, even in the unlikely occurrence he were technically entitled to.

This Megan Markle seems a good, affable sort too- and rather lovely with it. So congratulations to the demi-royal couple, and many happy years ahead.
