The FAll of Bill Cosby: Accuser Details

As we know, when this many different people come forward and put forth their identities we assume that it's not a false conspiracy or hoax. He has a psychological problem, that's for sure. Details.....Discretion is advised.

3 New Bill Cosby Accusers Reveal Explicit Details of Alleged Assaults

CULTURE | By Tim Kenneally And Pamela Chelin on August 12, 2015

“I was bordering between vomiting and passing out,” woman claims in shocking blow-by-blow account

The sexual assault scandal surrounding besieged comedian Bill Cosby spread even further on Wednesday, as three new accusers, including an actress who said she appeared on “The Cosby Show,” came forward to accuse the TV legend of wrongdoing.

At a press conference in attorney Gloria Allred’s Los Angeles office, the women — identified as Linda Ridgeway Whitedeer, Colleen Hughes and Eden Tirl — detailed at length how they were allegedly victimized by Cosby.

Hughes, who said that she was an American Airlines flight attendant when she met Cosby in the early ’70s on a flight to L.A., explained that the comedian “flirted with me the entire flight” and invited her to lunch in Beverly Hills when they landed.

According to Hughes, the two went to her hotel room so she could shower and change clothes and, when she emerged, Cosby had ordered champagne and appetizers. Hughes claimed that Cosby was drinking champagne out of her shoe. There were also glasses of champagne, Hughes said, and Cosby handed her one. The last thing Hughes claimed to remember was Cosby attempting to hold her hand, after which she woke up hours later.

“My clothes were thrown all over the room and I felt semen on the small of my back and all over me,” Hughes said. “Bill obviously did not use a condom and there was no lunch and he was nowhere to be seen.”

Hughes claimed that, approximately a year later, she encountered Cosby on another flight. When she reminded the comedian of the alleged incident, Hughes said, Cosby “turned pale and said ‘did you ever report that to anyone?'” She replied that she had not.

Whitedeer told reporters that she encountered Cosby in the early ’70s, after embarking on an acting career. According to Whitedeer, she was on a movie set with Cosby, who told her, “I’m going to interview you and we will use the director’s office.”

However, Whitedeer said, what transpired in the office was very different.
“I felt Cosby’s left hand gently grab my long hair behind my head … his giant frame blocked the door so if anyone should try to enter, they would not be able to see what he was doing,” Whitedeer said. “As I looked up his penis was out of his pants and he shoved it in my mouth. His attack was fast with surgical precision and surprise on his side.”

According to Whitedeer, “When Cosby was done, there was a horrible mess of semen all over my face, my clothes and in my hair. He took out a Kleenex to try to wipe off my face. I was bordering between vomiting and passing out. He was mumbling that I had been blessed with his semen as if it was holy water.”
Cosby, Whitedeer said, “gloated over my humiliation.”

The third accuser, Eden Tirl, claimed that she had been cast to play a police officer on “The Cosby Show” on its fifth season and was ushered to Cosby’s dressing room after shooting one afternoon.

Cosby, Tirl said, “closed the door behind him… and locked it.

“There was a palpable shift of power. I lost my breath,” Tirl said.
The pair chatted for close to a half hour, Tirl said, though the whole time her “knees shook behind the coffee table.” Tirl said she attempted to deter Cosby’s attention by telling him, “Bill, you are Jello pudding pops and Fat Albert to me … you are my childhood.”

“He barked back instantly, ‘Don’t say that, they all say that!'” Tirl recalled.
“I had handled being ‘hit on’ many times in the industry, this had far surpassed that.” Tirl told reporters. “I felt dominated.”

In recent months, dozens of women have come forward to accuse Cosby of rape and sexual assault, including “The Cosby Show” actress Lili Bernard, who alleges that the comedian drugged, raped and threatened her while he was mentoring her in preparation for her appearance on the sitcom.

In the wake of the accusations, Cosby has suffered career setbacks, with Netflix postponing a comedy special that was to have aired late last year, and NBC shelving a comedy that it was developing as a possible starring vehicle for the comedian.
Cosby’s attorney, Martin Singer, has denied accusations made against the comedian in the past.

Has to be some truth to it, but an old man with a lot of money is an attractive target for an accusation and the inevitable lawsuit that will follow.

There have been more than a dozen accusation going back to the 1970s.

I am not sure a civil lawsuit can even be filed due to statute of limitations and a lack of evidence.

Right or wrong ... it sure seems to me like we live in a fucked up society where/when people can come out of the wood work to make accusations against you that are decades old.

How would you feel if some girls from WWU decided you had raped them with a date rape drug back in the 80s? It's not that far fetched.

This is not uncommon, someone mentally ill visits a therapist and recoveres "repressed memories." Sadly many states actually allow these lawsuits and have modified their statutes of limitations to accommodate them. These women from the 70's and 80's will be able to bring their lawsuits.

"Currently, 28 states have laws modifying the statute of limitations to accommodate "repressed memories," know as delayed discovery rules. These rules pause the clock, so to speak, on molestation statutes of limitations until the victim becomes aware of his abuse."

    I see your point.

I don't know how I'd feel. I'd probably feel bad. It never happened.

As for these accusations - Yes, there are only accusations and some are indeed decades old.

But when so many different women come forward - woman of different backgrounds - who are not asking for money or taking legal action - make these accusations - and these women do not know each other ---> then I do think there is likely some credibility.

In the end, I suppose it would take Bill Cosby to answer these accusations.

A British man expelled from Thailand last year to face child sexual abuse charges has been jailed for 15 years.........The offences were all committed in the 1990s against a girl in the Weston-super-Mare area, police said. They began when the girl was four years old and continued until she was nine.........The victim contacted police in February 2011 and gave a video statement about her ordeal........“I have tremendous admiration for the victim for finding the courage to report these crimes to us, and then being able to endure the long wait while the expulsion and judicial processes progressed."

Never liked Cosby. Don't care what happens to him.

But have ANY allegations been made through the years? Have no idea, never heard of them.
Suddenly the floodgates open about way back when. Many reasons this might happen.

The charges. No dream team for you, Bill. Or, maybe you can muster something. The stress of all this for the 78 year-old will age him. Reminds me of Joe Paterno being and iron horse and then droppin' dead.

Cosby charged with felony counts of sexual assault

A Pennsylvania judge found enough evidence during a hearing Tuesday to proceed with a criminal trial. It's not clear when his trial will start.

Cosby faces three counts of felony aggravated indecent assault from a 2004 case involving Andrea Constand, an employee at his alma mater, Temple University. She was the first of more than 50 women who have accused Cosby of sexual misconduct.
Bill Cosby arrives at the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

Each charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison,
but the judge has the option to have him serve the sentences concurrently, which means he could serve 10 years in prison if convicted on all charges.

Norristown, Pennsylvania (CNN)The questions have been looming since Bill Cosby was convicted in April of three counts of assault: Will he go to prison, and, if so, for how long?

The answers will begin to emerge Monday, when the 81-year-old comedian appears in court in Pennsylvania for his sentencing. Cosby has arrived at a Montgomery County courthouse alongside his spokespeople, Andrew Wyatt and Ebonee Benson, ahead of a 9 a.m. hearing.

Cosby could get up to 10 years in prison for each conviction, but prosecutors have indicated they are likely to ask for a lesser sentence. If he must serve time, he could be taken into custody immediately.

Cosby's conviction for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004 represented the first high-profile test of the #MeToo movement in a courtroom. The trial, on aggravated indecent assault charges, centered on testimony from Constand and also featured testimony from five "prior bad acts" witnesses who similarly said Cosby had drugged and assaulted them.

Several of Cosby's victims also arrived at court Monday for the sentencing, including supermodel Janice Dickinson, who testified at the trial.
Cosby, the groundbreaking actor once known as "America's Dad," did not testify at the trial. But when prosecutors asked the judge to revoke his bail because, they claimed, he has a private plane, Cosby stood up and yelled, "He doesn't have a plane, you a**hole," referring to himself.

The stunning outburst marked a stark contrast from Cosby's relatively quiet public profile in recent years. He has remained out of prison for the past five months on $1 million bail, and his lawyers said they plan to appeal his convictions.

Defense attorneys are likely to point to Cosby's age, declining health, history of philanthropic giving and the fact that this is his first criminal conviction as factors that show he should receive a short prison sentence -- or none at all. In addition, Cosby could be allowed to remain out of prison until any legal appeal is resolved.

The decision is ultimately up to Judge Steven T. O'Neill, who oversaw Cosby's 2018 retrial, as well as his mistrial a year earlier that ended in a hung jury.

O'Neill will also consider whether Cosby should be classified as a sexually violent predator. The distinction would subject Cosby to lifetime registration with state police, lifetime sex offender counseling and community notification. A state panel has said that should happen; his attorneys have argued the board's process is unconstitutional.

Cosby sentenced to prison, designated 'sexually violent predator'

Norristown, Pennsylvania: Bill Cosby was sentenced to between three and 10 years in prison on Tuesday for sexually assaulting a woman, capping the once-beloved comedian's downfall from "America's Dad" to convicted felon.
Cosby, 81, was found guilty in April of three counts of aggravated indecent assault for the drugging and sexual assault of his one-time friend Andrea Constand, a former Temple University administrator, at his Philadelphia home in 2004.
