In answer to the OP. "Living in Thailand" or "Travellers Tales" might be a place to discuss camping. No real camping sub-forum. Seems to be some interest on the part of several members bt there hasn;t been a thread about it, yet.

It is very mild and ever so sarcastic, spoken in an upsy downy tone and means "hang on mate"
