Thread: Trouble with logging in and being constantly kicked out

Hello! I realize I haven't posted much on here lately, but when I try to post, I am logged out and have to log back in for my post to actually post.
I thought this forum was working well now. Maybe I have been miserabled.

Okay, I just cleared my cache and cookies and posting history, and let's see if this works.

Nope, it didn't work. I get a msg when I post saying, changes may not be saved if you leave, so leave or cancel. I hit leave and this it logs me out and I have to log in. Hmm.

What browser are you using?

There is a tiny box to tick next to the log in information which keeps you logged in. Make sure to check that is done. Other than that, don’t know what could be wrong.

^^I am using Google Chrome, but just checked and realized I am using a 2022 Chrome (64 bit) system.
I can't seem to update chrome as my old admin has the controls and I can't update it. I wonder if there is a way I can though, any ideas?

Okay, it looks like it may be working now. Thanks for the suggestions.

It seems to be a browser issue from what I see online. Chrome seems to have that issue, I personally only use Firefox.

I use Firefox too and have never had a problem. I also tick the box next to login.

I googled the error message (changes may not be saved if you leave) she said she was getting, and everyone that got that message was using Chrome.

I use chrome on 2 different machines and on 1 android device, have never had this issue.

Someone else had the same a month or so ago, possibly Hal.

Yep. Seems to be the trick for many since the on again off again glitches.
Check the "remember me" box.

Thanks, I think that clearing my cache/cookies and history plus restarting my computer (which I don't do much) had alot to do with it. I usually automatically have my username /password pop up so I don't think the checking this had anything to do with fixing it.

Still the same.

It logs me out when I move from page to page, post a message, and every time I try to upload a photo.

I'll have to try another browser- clearing my cache didn't work.

It is somewhat curtailing my availability on the football threads ahead of the new season, but I need not remind you that we suffered 66 separate injuries last season and are already without Yoro and Hojlund ahead of next season as well as Rashford getting injured last night.

I was logged out 6 times while doing this post fooking crazy

I've been fine ever since I ticked the little box next to where I log in.
