Every time I click "Submit", it attempts to post twice (or I think it does).

I get this message:


  1. This forum requires that you wait 60 seconds between posts. Please try again in 59 seconds.
  2. This post is a duplicate of a post that you have posted in the last five minutes.
It is actually posted once, as I can see it if I refresh the page.

Doesn't happen on Facebook, etc.

Anyone else seeing it?
