The world's most expensive campervan the eleMMent palazzo has gone up for sale for a whopping $2.9 million.

The 12m-long extravaganza designed by Austrian company Marchi Mobile features an ensuite master bedroom, pop-up roof terrace, underfloor heating and a bar.

Aside from its impressive master bedroom (did we mention there's a 102 centimetre flatscreen TV inside?), the vehicle also boasts a rainfall shower, separate toilet, lounge and driver's cab complete with bunk bed.

What is the point of this?

It might be luxury on wheels but you will still have to park it in the trailer park in among the shithouse RVs with their idiot owners sitting guzzling cheap beer round a BBQ and playing their shit music too loud.

The interior is not even as nice as a motoryacht for the same money.

Most likely no one would buy that thing to keep and use year-round- it would be mostly for high-end rentals (where it would come would come with a driver and support staff), the same way rich people rent out their private jets when they're not in use.
