Ok I got this poxy building, it is like 6 storeys bloody high and full of crap, when I moved here it was an idylic place just across from Jomtien beach, now its a foking traffic jam every weekend, if I take the car out I am lucky if I can get a parking space, my truck has spent the God knows how long at the garage as I have no where to foking park it here, so it would make the perfect place for poxy tourists, I think all the floors have tv and aircon and all that sort of stuff, foked if I know but I own more seating or armchairs than mfi so furnishing it aint a problem, so a good idea or not?

There are always a few non Pattaya Resident Teak Door members floating around Jomtien not to mention the members who live here and those that visit LOS regularly.

Good food, good clean accomodation always works and with regard to the parking just make up some barriers and when your up and running your security guard should keep the parking spaces clear.

For your info Nois bar in Soi Kao Noi is packed solid every time I have been there and the patrons are predominately Pattaya live members.
