Here are the facts:

My wife graduated from a uni and has worked in an international school for almost 15 years.

My wife is only eight years younger than I am.

My Thai/American daughter is 12 and thinks she is 15. She is fluent in Thai and American speak.

My wife is from Central Thailand.

Together we own a few bits and bobs here in Thailand (actually a bunch).

My wife thinks Dick is a dick and so do I! Grow up dude! This is 2011.

No I don't - that would be pretty ignorant and potentially disastrous wrong, and usually I can either see that "occupational origin" or more importantly hear it pretty quick, besides that I really do not care, if they are good/happy together what business is that of mine, up to them.

But if I ask a bar girl here in Pattaya where she comes from I expect 5 times out of 10 to hear her say Buriram.
