I think I'm in love with my bank

I moved to HSBC when I moved country. Seemed like a good idea to use a bank like them.
I got this a short while ago

We're pleased to tell you that we've refunded any ATM transaction fees applied by HSBC* for cash withdrawals made overseas using your HSBC debit card during the Icelandic Volcano flight disruption between 15 April and 26 April 2010 inclusive. We think it's important that we try to minimise the impact of these unfortunate circumstances on our customers where we can.
You don't need to do anything, the refund will appear as a 'correction' on your statement.
We'll also be refunding overseas ATM transaction fees we've applied in respect of HSBC credit cards during the same time period. We'll send confirmation to affected customers once the refunds have been made.
Making these refunds does not change our terms and conditions.
Thank you for banking with HSBC.
Of course the flight problem had no effect on me but they refunded everyone regardless and sure enough the credits showed.
Nice to get a good news story (Even if it is a tiny one) from a bank.
Be happy dudes. It's a lot more fun than crying.

I only use the UK one. I have a local bank here as well but don't keep a lot in it. It's more so I can keep the safety deposit box with all my porn, drugs and guns safe.
