The phone is about to get cut off, apparently i didnt pay the bill, despite asking a staff member to check it twice before being given a bill and trying to pay it today.

They refused to accept this payment, despite having it confirmed last week because the last 2 months had not been paid. (this is what I had told them last week when asking them to check thatI thought it was overdue, they told me no its not, I asked them to check again, no its not!)


Grrrr.

I wouldnt much care, except that they will disconnect the internet same time, despite that bill being paid already!
