You knobbed Princess Ann in the back of a Reliant Scimitar ?!!?
What a claim to fame! I nearly fell off my bar stool.
Sure it wasn't Princess Margaret in the back of a Jenson Interceptor? :D
^
Whilst Peter was knobbing Ann, Charlie was holding onto Peters balls and batting off furiously whilst Lizzy was giving Phil a massive heady in the front seat.
Car was well fuked after that. :)

A sister sent me this picture today (thought it was a nice picture to post even if I didn’t take it). A Florida white tailed fawn. Think it came out looking for its mother because of a land management issue.
Good eating SL,
I bet it pays a heavy tag in yer Country.
A note for the less well informed: The car-loving Princess has been a fan of fibre-glass Scimitars since November 1970, when the Queen and Prince Philip bought her her first Reliant sports car as a joint 20th birthday and Christmas present. She went on to own eight more over the years, and in 1975 visited Tamworth to inspect the car factory at first hand. Other famous Scimitar drivers have included Prince Philip, the Duke of Kent, Noel Edmonds and Norman Wisdom.

Cheers ST all worked out quite well ,, had plenty of broad beans + new potatoes to also supply both our neighbours either side who are pensioners ,, they are both lovely and take goods in for us when we are at work in the day , so a little kindness returned is much appreciated :)
Here is a photo that gained a lot of attention on the interweb (facebook) recently. So I thought I'd share it.

It's a picture of my very good looking hand (left) finding my wedding ring (center) after 2 years of looking for it.:)
I've been taking a lot of shit from the wife over the last 2 years about loosing it but I kept telling her that it is in the bedroom 'somewhere'. I know this because I vaguely remember taking it off and putting it 'somewhere safe' but could'nt remember exactly where.
Then yesterday I was asked to show my University Degree for the first time in ten years and the wife swore blind that my degree was "on top of the wardrobe in that suitcase."
As I reached up and pulled the suitcase the ring was nudged off the edge and bounced off my head before hitting the floor. The pride of knowing how right I was beamed across my face.:)
My degree wasn't in the suit case.
yes it is :)Quote:

Nice catch T57. How long did you have to wait until the tail feathers were spread?[/quote]
I was lucky. The bird was in full spread as I walked around the corner.

Nice Picce Terry!
How many meters is that climb?
Looks like a tourist addition Tel , with slabs from the likes of Home Pro , quite recent by the look of it ,, lovely pic
This was part of the way up and it says 450 meters. Bloody long climb up that mountain that's for sure. If ones not up to it there's a chair lift at some entry points, if ones not fit its a good idea to get a lift just in case one has a heart attack.

Another scorching summers day on the south coast of England the wife stayed in the car with the air con on full blast.

You may want to try a coloured filter on your camera to bring out the blue sky and intensify the crystal clear sparkle to the water a little more.:)
Many's the time we have driven to the coast, parked in the secluded car park overlooking the sea, sat and eaten our sandwiches and then driven home without leaving the car.
Before we had kids the car windows did get steamed up on the inside though. :)
It was ok in Dorset (for a couple of hours)

An unfortunate gekho that fell into it.
Poor bastard's heart was doing about 3,000,000,000 bpm by the time I got him out.
Thats Protien for the next shot :)
Aw man, I shoulda filled it up with Sangsom and sold it on the web as traditional Thai spirits, whoever gets to the end and bites the head off it gets the winning lottery numbers sent to them in dream. :)
