The one in red reminds me of a cheeky Thai lady here in Oz who is a barrel of laughs at a party.

A major miracle these overloaded things dont tip over.
They do . . . and you see the owner scratching his head as to why that happenedQuote:

Another dragonfly pool rescue. What a champion animal saviour I am!
Unfortunately this one had a broken wing so could not fly off once he had dried out :(
On the plus side I got to watch him being torn limb from limb and eaten alive by golden-tailed spiny ants :)
...every cloud etc.

This guy has now finished building the foundations and has started on the house. May be I'll give a tip and get him to install uPVC windows?

Outside our village school at knocking off time. There's plenty of room inside but these boys prefer the roof. God knows why the driver doesn't tell them to get down?

I'll bet your wife and daughter(-s) wanted the ride in a less frivolous one, but then they saw the disappointment on your face.Quote:

Using the girlfriend’s picture of the Bike for Dad event in Khon Kaen, today.
My front row picture wasn’t as good.
Thanks SL. How long was the ride?
The route was 29 km. It started before 4:00pm (different groups starting one after another) and finished a little after 6:00pm. There were about 7,500 people that registered for the ride (they received the official t-shirts, wristbands and flags) and maybe more that showed up (estimated riders 10,000).
Little story for everyone. We were out of the country when the registration for the event was taking place. I told the girlfriend not to worry and just slip in with the riders somewhere along the route. She didn’t feel comfortable doing that so she pasted a note on her facebook page requesting that if any of her friends had registered but decided not to go she would take their place. A friend of hers told her she had registered herself, her husband and three kids. One of the sons had to attend a graduation ceremony and was unable to make it. The girlfriend took his place. But the girlfriend later told me that you don’t have to register. But you will not get the official t-shirt, wristband or flag.
The girlfriends bike (the white one),…….
There were a lot of people that showed up that didn’t register and were able to take part in the event. It seems everyone enjoyed themselves.
from the net,……..

Given it's summer proper in Australia, when I saw Looper's name as last post on this thread I assumed he had been down the beach.
Mutha @#$/& insects!!!???
:spin:
Well I will see what I can find at the beach today!
But check out the size of that coont. She actually spun her web right in front of my front door so I had to go out the side door to get the photo before I tore her web down.
She rebuilt it 2 meters away.
It is with great sadness that I post this photo of tonight's Buriram sunset from a friends house. We are here to attempt to give him what little support we can as his wife lies in hospital in her last hours of a year long fight against cancer. It was one of her joys to watch the sun go down and the sky turn to gold, now it is something she will never see again.
