I don't know about Kuwait, but I do remember that occasionally I had to scratch ice from the windshield in Riyadh. And almost everytime I ran the car through the washer it rained the same or next day. Or at least it felt that way.

But in general Kuwait should be a more pleasant place to stay than Saudi.

There is not really a season for dust it is just when the wind comes up. And the other cool thing about when the wind comes up is the sand flies. OUCH!

I got bitten by a sand fly in Malta once, had a real bad reaction to it
