In light of the terrible Air France crash, I think this needs discussing.
I, for one and terrified of getting on planes, especially long haul flights.
Last year, I had one hell of a to do at the airport on the way back to England. I'd checked in after paying a small overstay fine cos overstaying those few days would save me some money, or so I thought.
All was going well, I'd had my usual necessary skinful of beer which is an obligatory part of the connection between myself and being able to step on an airplane. Started feeling peckish, so I nipped into Burger King just as they started to call boarding for my flight.
Immediately after finishing the food, I started to feel strange, my heart started banging in my chest, I was sweating and feeling giddy.
I knew it was the food absorbing all the alcohol in my system so I quickly ran to the nearest shop and bought a couple of cans of chang, necking them hastily whilst recieving some odd looks from other travellers....
