Tatt fest ... tattoo artists from 25 countries around the world took part in the Singapore Tattoo Show.
Organisers said it was the first of its kind in Asia, highlighting the surging popularity of an art that has been practiced in the region for thousands of years.

Really don't get the hypodermics through the forehead/arms thing. I use them for work, can't see how they could be associated with pleasure or aesthetics...
