New teachers uniforms

I've been informed that there is a new regulation regarding English Teachers in Thailand. They must now wear an Thai Education ministry approved uniform.
Here are the first pictures.
Or is this the last TD get together.
I'm confused 'cause I'm sure thats KW in the middle, but he's not a teacher is he?

have a red for confusing your acronyms, or are they abbreviation's? i dunno, aint an english teacher.
