Thread: is it possible to enjoy td if you do not have a sense of humour?

seems to me there are a few guys on here who lack a sense of humour.
most td'ers enjoy pulling each others' legs, and i really enjoy ALL of the exchanges.
there are a few, though, on whom the humour is totally lost, and sometimes what starts off as a leg-pull, turns into a one-sided spat (equally entertaining)
understandably, there can be some justification for a spat, when things get too personal, but mostly it seems this has to do with posters who know each other in "real" life, and these exchanges are less entertaining, since we are left in the dark as to the real reason for them.
there are some "regulars", though, who are so easily provoked, that they provide really good entertainment, and you can find them in the "show us your repo" thread, where they are exposed by the number of reds they fire off at a broad spectrum of members who really don't give a shit about reds anyway!

I've got him on ignore so I can't really comment...

Ant seems to think the thread is about him, and/or trying to get into the spotlight again. Who knows?

A psychologist would have a field-day on this forum...

Nor does starting a thread targeted at another poster whilst trying to portray yourself as cool, calm, collected and mildly disinterested for that matter. Ironically enough it's quite funny though.

Hmm, I think I'm starting to see the problem here. If your alleged sense of humour is as childish as this guff then perhaps it's more a case of they-who-shall not-be-named merely not finding your likewise childish sense of humour amusing and not that they, whoever they are, lack a sense of humour themselves.

That seems like a forced attempt to find it funny in order to appear as having a sense of humour.

It meant funny as in laugh at, not with. If this is the sort of thing that passes for 'humour' on here then by all means, call me dour. I'll just keep myself amused by laughing at my own jokes.

I am deviod of a sense of humor and I do not enjoy posting here - it was part of the conditions of my suspended sentence.
